I feel bad for the family -- Did they have a stupid lawyer or could not afford one? I know my own lawyer's said I had less than 2% of a chance to win an appeal when I was a 17 year old kiddo. It was devastating but I was told to stay and wait.<BR/><BR/>I hope Aguado left before 18.5 months. Anyone know?
